Cancellation Policy
Return of defective product
We're truly sorry if you received a product with a manufacturing defect! Our team carefully inspects each and every product before shipping, undergoing triple inspections. This is unusual, but if it does occur, we'll be happy to replace it with a perfectly good one.
Within 24 hours of receiving the package, the customer must check that the shipment is undamaged and that all items are included. Any incidents in this regard must be reported within this period by email. After this 24-hour period, the shipment will be considered accepted, and claims for damage or missing items will not be accepted. If any product is received damaged during shipping, the shipping company must be notified by leaving a note on the delivery receipt signed by the delivery person and a copy of the report must be kept. The incident report, attaching this document, must then be sent to our email address info@naturingmonde.com.
Once we receive the email, we will contact the customer to arrange for our shipping agency to pick up the defective product, including the location and time within reasonable circumstances. Our shipping agency will pick up the defective product from the address and deliver a replacement free of charge. If the item is no longer available, an exchange for another item or a refund may be available.
Withdrawal and refund
Individual customers have a maximum of 14 days from receipt of their order to request a return. After this period, returns will not be accepted. The customer will be refunded the amount paid for the order, using the same payment method used, less shipping costs (which will be borne by the customer).
We try to make the return process as convenient as possible for our customers, so we offer two options:
-You can send the package within 14 days with the shipping company of your choice to the address we will provide by email. It is very important that you keep the receipt provided by the shipping company until you have verified that your return has been successful. The full amount of the order will be refunded as soon as we receive it at our warehouses and verify the product and its packaging, as well as the reasons for the return, within a maximum period of 15 days. Returns of products that have been damaged due to misuse, or that are incomplete or without their original packaging in good condition, will not be accepted.
-If you prefer, we will handle the return shipment and transport it ourselves. In this case, the customer will inform the shipping agency of the pick-up location and time, within reasonable circumstances. Payment (less shipping costs) will be made once the return proposal has been received and the product, its packaging, and the reasons for the return have been verified, within a maximum period of 15 days. Returns of products that have been damaged due to misuse, or that are incomplete or without their original packaging in good condition will not be accepted.
