The individual customer has a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of his order to request a return. After this period, no returns will be accepted. The customer will be refunded the amount paid for the order, by the same means of payment used, minus the shipping costs (which will be borne by the customer). We try to make the return process as comfortable as possible for our customers so we offer two ways to do it: You can send the package within 14 days with the shipping company of your choice to the address we will provide you by email. It is very important that you keep the collection receipt provided by the transport company until you have verified that your return has been made correctly. The payment of the total amount of the order will be made as soon as we receive it in our warehouses and check the product and its packaging and the veracity of the reasons for the return, within a maximum period of 15 days. We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged by improper use or that are incomplete or without their original packaging in good condition. If you prefer, we will take care of its management and transportation by our own means. In this case, the customer will facilitate the collection process to the transport agency as to the place and time of collection within reasonable circumstances. The payment (minus shipping costs) will be made once the return proposal has been received and the product, its packaging and the veracity of the reasons for the return have been checked, within a maximum period of 15 days. We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged by improper use or that are incomplete or without their original packaging in good condition.
