The private customer has a maximum period of 14 days after receiving their order to request a return. After this period, returns will not be accepted. The customer will be refunded the amount they had paid for the order, by the same means by which the payment was made, minus the return costs (which will be borne by the customer). To return any product, you must contact us in advance via email at info@naturingmonde.com, indicating the reasons for the return and providing the corresponding purchase invoice. We will then contact you to arrange the return, which you can do as follows:   1-The customer must send the package within 14 days of opening the return request on the website with the transport company of their choice to the address that we will provide by email. It is very important that you keep “the proof of pickup” provided by the transport company, until you verify that your return has been made correctly. The payment of the total amount of the order will be made once it is received in our warehouses and the product and its packaging have been verified and the veracity of the reasons for said return, within a maximum period of 15 days. Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to incorrect use or products that are incomplete or without their original packaging in correct condition.   2-Or if you prefer, we will take care of its management and transportation by our means. In this case, the client will facilitate the collection process by the transport agency regarding the place and time of collection within reasonable circumstances. The credit (deducting shipping costs) will be made once the return proposal has been received and the product, its packaging and the veracity of the reasons for said return have been verified, within a maximum period of 15 days. Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to incorrect use or products that are incomplete or without their original packaging in correct condition.
