The private customer has a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of his order to request a return. After this period, no returns will be accepted. The customer will be refunded the amount paid for the order, by the same means of payment used, minus the shipping costs (which will be borne by the customer). We try to make the return process as convenient as possible for our customers, so we offer two ways to carry it out: You can send the package within 14 days with the transport company of your choice to the address we will provide you with by email. It is very important that you keep the collection receipt provided by the transport company until you have checked that your return has been made correctly. The total amount of the order will be refunded as soon as we receive it in our warehouses and we check the product and its packaging and the veracity of the reasons for the return, within a maximum period of 15 days. We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged by incorrect use or that are incomplete or without their original packaging in good condition. If you prefer, we will arrange for its handling and transport by our own means. In this case, the customer will facilitate the collection process to the transport agency regarding the place and time of collection within reasonable circumstances. Payment (minus shipping costs) will be made once the return proposal has been received and the product, its packaging and the veracity of the reasons for the return have been checked, within a maximum period of 15 days. We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged by incorrect use or that are incomplete or without their original packaging in good condition.
