The individual customer has a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of their order to request a return. After this period, returns will not be accepted. The customer will be refunded the amount paid for the order through the same payment method used, minus the shipping costs (which will be borne by the customer). We strive to make the return process as convenient as possible for our customers, so we offer two ways to proceed: Self-Shipping Option: The customer can send the package within 14 days using the shipping company of their choice to the address we will provide via email. It is very important to keep the receipt issued by the transport company until the return has been confirmed as successfully processed. The full refund of the order amount will be issued as soon as we receive the package in our warehouse and verify the product, its packaging, and the validity of the return reason, within a maximum of 15 days. Returns of products that have been damaged due to improper use, are incomplete, or are missing their original packaging in good condition will not be accepted. Managed Return Option: If preferred, we can handle the return process and transportation ourselves. In this case, the customer must facilitate the pickup process by agreeing to a reasonable time and place for collection by the transport agency. The refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed once we receive the returned item and verify the product, its packaging, and the validity of the return reason, within a maximum of 15 days.
