The private customer has a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of his order to request a return. After this period, no returns will be accepted. The customer will be refunded the amount paid for the order, by the same means of payment used, minus the shipping costs (which will be borne by the customer). We try to make the return process as convenient as possible for our customers, so we offer two ways to carry it out: You can send the package within 14 days with the transport company of your choice to the address we will provide you with by email. In this case, the customer will facilitate the collection process to the transport agency regarding the place and time of collection within reasonable circumstances.
